What We Offer

1:1 Companion Visits
I offer 1:1 companion visits to provide personalized companionship, reducing isolation and enhancing well-being. Activities may include conversation, games, or light physical exercises, tailored to the individual’s preferences, promoting emotional support and connection.
Music Therapy
In music therapy, I use music to enhance emotional well-being, improve memory, and reduce anxiety. Activities such as singing, rhythm exercises, and listening to familiar tunes are tailored to the individual's preferences to promote relaxation and cognitive stimulation.
Community Connection
My community connection service helps seniors stay engaged with their local community through social outings, events, and connecting with resources. I assist with transportation and provide support to help clients maintain a sense of belonging and active participation in their community
Pet Therapy
Pet therapy involves interaction with trained therapy animals to provide comfort, reduce stress, and encourage socialization. The calming presence of pets can help boost mood, alleviate feelings of loneliness, and provide emotional support in a non-threatening way.
Dementia Support
I provide dementia support through tailored activities that focus on memory stimulation, physical movement, and emotional well-being. These interventions are designed to reduce agitation, improve communication, and enhance quality of life for individuals with dementia.
Art Therapy
In art therapy, I use creative expression through drawing, painting, and crafts to help seniors explore emotions, improve motor skills, and stimulate cognitive function. This therapeutic outlet encourages self-expression and boosts self-esteem while promoting relaxation and focus
